INFORMTION ABOUT SAM
Samuel L. Bolinger is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and has been doing so since 1987. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Claims, United States Court of International Trade, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eight Circuits, the United States District Courts of Indiana, and Wisconsin, together conducting hearings and/or trial in over (42) forty two of the State of Indiana's 92 counties.
Sam graduated from Mount Union College (now know as the University of Mount Union) in Alliance, Ohio with a double major in history and political science and did so in three (3) years. While in college he was on the Dean's List, and was the recipient of the Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Award; from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan; where he was also on the Dean's List; and from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts with a Master of Legal Letters.
Sam's practice has included being a Indiana Deputy Attorney General, Staff Attorney for the National Association of Insurance Commissions (NAIC), and the Fort Wayen Metropolitan Human Relations Commissioners. He began his private practice in 1995.
II. MEMBERSHIPS
Sam is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Inns of Court as a Master, (with the Benjamin Harrison Inn of Court), Association of American Trial Lawyers, and National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and a Federal Community Defender. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Metropolitan Human Relations Commission, Allen County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the United Hispanic Americans.
III. AWARDS
Sam was selected by the Indiana Civil Liberties Union as the Cooperating Attorney of the Year. Sam's rated by his peers in Martindale Hubble as a distinguished attorney with a BV rating.
